Food Waste, a short blog post that is all links

I just read this BBC News Story about food waste and it made me think of this blog post I wrote about food waste. We really are terrible animals aren't we? Without help I predict extinction in the next million years. The dinosaurs were so much more efficient. (But they didn't invent Supermarkets either...good or bad?)
